Day 2

Today I will need some landmarks in Australia so that I can find my way around. I understand Australia has a lot of desert area, so it will help my flight Christmas Eve. Thank you for your awesome help yesterday! Can you help me find out what people also like to eat in Australia?
From a grateful Santa!!

  1. Santa,
Australians eat a wide variety of food. Some of their favorites are lamb and pork. Shark Bay is one landmark you might see. Another landmark you can look for is Kakadu. I hope you can find your way.

  2. The majority of Australia's food is a combination of Thai, African and Asian influences, as well as the tastes of the indigenous Aboriginal, which run the spectrum from plain to usual. Popular dishes include Vegemite, pavlova, meat pie, and lamington. Vegemite is probably Australia's most famous food. It is a food paste that is made from yeast extract, and it is used as a spread for sandwiches and crackers. The band Men at Work and the singer Amanda Palmer have both written songs that mention Vegemite.

  3. Right in the heart of the city, Sydney Tower Eye is an unmissable landmark and home to an observation deck, a Skywalk and a 4D Cinema.

Previously known as Sydney Tower, it appended Eye to its name in September 2011
